Position: Full-Time Finance Analyst

This full-time role involves collaborating closely with operations managers and executive leadership within the transportation market. You’ll develop budgets, analyze project financials, and promote continuous improvement initiatives. Your strong interpersonal skills will help build trust and communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and communicate project financial results to management

• Develop budget and cost reports, including earned value analyses

• Assist in managing project change orders and projections

• Collaborate with teams to ensure financial accuracy

• Promote continuous improvement and positive changes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of financial/data analysis experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Capability to handle multiple tasks effectively
