As an Underwriter, you will assess financial and operational risks associated with contractors seeking surety bonds. You will utilize your experience to manage a diverse portfolio, conduct financial analyses, and ensure profitable underwriting decisions. Collaborating with brokers and clients will be key to delivering tailored surety solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diverse contract surety accounts portfolio

• Analyze underwriting data and perform financial evaluations

• Assess risks and recommend approvals for surety facilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and brokers

• Prioritize workflow to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance

• 1-2 years in underwriting or related experience

• Strong understanding of financial statements

• Excellent analytical and customer service skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
