Senior Vice President in Fund Finance

In this critical role at MUFG, you will collaborate with teams in the Financial Institutions Group to originate and execute subscription lines of credit. You will also guide an Analyst team and utilize your extensive experience in structuring financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate/pitch financing solutions to private equity fund clients

• Complete credit facility documentation

• Lead and coach Analyst team activities

• Perform ongoing credit quality assessments

• Communicate potential credit issues proactively

Requirements:

• 3+ years in credit underwriting or funds finance

• Strong negotiation skills in hybrid/FX transactions

• Completion of credit training program is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Bilingual skills (English-Japanese) are a bonus
