Position: Banking Associate Trainee at TD

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers with personalized banking advice and transactions

• Refer clients to appropriate staff for financial services

• Educate on emerging digital banking trends effectively

• Assist with scheduled cash and transaction tasks

• Review and enhance operational practices for better client experiences

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience

• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent (to be obtained)

• Proficient in branch software and MS Office applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
