Join Noibu as the Head of Finance, responsible for FP&A while driving innovative AI applications in our financial strategies. Play a pivotal role in our growth towards $20M ARR.

In this leadership role, you will oversee finance operations, reporting directly to the CEO, and will coordinate closely with the Senior FP&A Analyst and Controller. Your focus will be on building agile financial models and leveraging AI to enhance processes throughout the finance department and beyond. This role emphasizes strategic vision and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build comprehensive financial models and forecasts

• Drive AI initiatives within finance and monitor their effectiveness

• Lead finance team activities and manage accounting tasks

• Oversee metrics, cash flow, and compliance issues

• Create and manage board decks for investor updates

Requirements:

• Director-level SaaS finance experience

• Strong FP&A foundation with experience in metrics

• Proficient in hands-on financial modeling

• Experienced in creating board-ready presentations

• Track record of applying AI in finance workflows
