Tree Senior Finance Director

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, your expertise will be key in aligning financial resources with growth objectives and program delivery at Tree Canada. You'll be responsible for leading a capable finance team while collaborating across functions to achieve financial and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct financial strategy and planning initiatives

• Build strategic partnerships with financial stakeholders

• Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements

• Manage investment and cash flow operations

• Lead financial insight presentations to leadership

Requirements:

• 12-15 years of experience in financial leadership

• CPA designation needed

• Strong experience in financial planning and compliance

• Proven record in not-for-profit financial management

• Ability to influence and foster collaboration
