As the Finance Manager reporting to the Associate Director of Academic Finance Operations, you will oversee financial strategy for a budget ranging from $30 to $60 million. Key responsibilities include leading budget reviews, guiding academic leaders, and managing daily financial operations. You’ll also ensure continuous improvement and optimal value through effective risk management and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop operating and capital plans for budgets

• Coordinate annual and quarterly budget reviews

• Provide strategic input during budget preparations

• Research and recommend corrective actions

• Analyze cost reports and prepare recommendations

Requirements:

• Minimum four-year degree in Business Administration

• CPA certification required

• At least seven years in senior financial roles

• Expertise in complex multi-year budgets

• Proficient in Excel and financial software
