Join Harris as a Finance Manager and oversee the company’s financial planning and strategy. Manage budgeting, reporting, and ensure the integrity of financial data.
This role involves leading a team of financial clerks while addressing financial operational issues together with divisional finance teams. You will be responsible for organizing workflows to enhance internal and external customer satisfaction. Completing month-end and quarter-end close activities is essential, alongside driving improvements that align with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of financial clerks effectively
• Work with divisional teams to troubleshoot finance operations
• Implement and monitor efficient process workflows
• Execute month-end and quarter-end closing tasks
• Support ad hoc projects with broad company impact
Requirements:
• Education in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Over 5 years of relevant Finance experience
• More than 2 years in a supervisory role
• CPA designation required
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
