As part of the Operations team, the Corporate Actions Administrator role includes managing complex security position actions until April 2027. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical strengths and a willingness to enhance service excellence within a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review mandatory and voluntary bulletins for securities

• Process various corporate actions accurately and timely

• Handle daily entitlements and ensure proper tax treatment

• Set up accounts for dividend reinvestment plans

• Participate in team discussions for process enhancements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Capable of independent decision-making

• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
