Position: Finance Manager for FP&A at Resmed

This key position within Resmed’s Global FP&A organization involves direct reporting to the Senior Director. You will align closely with regional FP&A leaders to support planning processes and improve visibility in decision-making. As a proactive self-starter, you'd thrive in an environment of ambiguity, balancing strategic and hands-on roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage planning and performance analysis across regions

• Collaborate with Revenue leaders to challenge business assumptions

• Prepare reports for operational reviews and leadership

• Implement scalable processes for improved performance management

• Establish KPIs and frameworks for monitoring business outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related quantitative field

• 5-8 years of progressive FP&A experience

• Expertise in financial modeling and business analysis

• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools like Power BI
