As part of the Freedom Experience team, this full-time position is available in Calgary, London, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, or Winnipeg. You will support client enrollment in group retirement plans, deliver tailored investment education, and proactively engage clients to address their financial concerns. Building strong relationships is crucial for maximizing client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients in group retirement plan enrollments

• Provide tailored advice on investments and retirement

• Manage customer inquiries across multiple communication formats

• Conduct outreach for client win-back initiatives

• Collaborate to address and resolve client issues

Requirements:

• Willingness to acquire a life insurance license

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field

• At least five years in the financial services sector

• Comprehensive knowledge of saving and investment products

• Exceptional communication skills
