Position: Capital Crossing Cost Control Assistant Role
Engage with Capital Crossing Constructors as a Cost Control Assistant for the Alexandra Bridge Project, focusing on financial monitoring and project cost analysis. This position ensures thorough reporting and tracking of project expenditures.

As part of the Cost Control team, you will report to the Cost Control Manager and provide valuable support in managing costs throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with project stakeholders and employ your analytical skills to guarantee the precision of financial reports. A background in cost control or project accounting (2-3 years) is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze project cost data for reports

• Maintain accurate budgets and actual costs within project systems

• Review financial documents for cost coding precision

• Update reports with revisions and forecasts

• Participate in cost review meetings and document findings

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in relevant field

• 2-3 years in cost control or project finance experience

• Understanding of financial reporting principles

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel features

• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
