Our client is looking for a Senior Tax Manager with 5–7 years of Canadian tax experience. You will oversee tax provision processes, coordinate compliance efforts with external advisors, and support the portfolio company's tax reporting requirements. This role demands strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to convey complex tax concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the quarterly tax provision process and reporting

• Coordinate corporate tax compliance with external advisors

• Support Canadian tax risks and reporting for portfolio companies

• Assist with indirect tax matters for corporate entities

• Identify improvements to tax processes and automation

Requirements:

• CPA/CA designation; completed In-depth tax program

• 5–7 years of Canadian tax experience

• Strong tax accounting and compliance experience

• Experience managing external advisors and government interactions

• Strong skills in analysis, organization, and project management

Excel in tax management with a focus on Canadian compliance and advisory support.
