At the Bells Corner branch, you will help manage client accounts, coordinate meetings, and assist Advisors in effective communication and service delivery. Your proactive approach will enhance our client relationships and facilitate smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meetings for investment Advisors and clients.

• Handle inquiries related to account transactions.

• Ensure up-to-date and compliant client documentation.

• Assist Advisor team in onboarding new customers.

• Maintain effective communication with clients and partners.

Requirements:

• Must possess Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Demonstrated commitment to outstanding client service.

• Familiarity with RBC’s processes is beneficial.
