Canada Pork is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Financial Operations to enhance its market intelligence and promotion efforts. This role involves overseeing all financial management, accounting, and compliance functions while guiding diverse funding streams. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll offer financial insight to the leadership team and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and operating budgets

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including cash flow and payroll

• Manage complex funding structures and ensure strict compliance

• Ensure adherence to Canadian non-profit accounting standards

• Work with members to provide funding guidance and support

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• CPA designation is required

• 3-5 years of progressive financial management experience

• Strong knowledge of ASNPO and government grant reporting

• Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software
