Position: Controller Role at H2 Analytics
Shape the finance function at H2 Analytics as our Controller. This hybrid position in Ottawa emphasizes strong accounting systems, compliance, and scalable processes to support growth.

As a central figure in our evolving finance structure, you will lead accounting, internal controls, and reporting. Reporting to the CFO, you will design and implement systems necessary for H2 Analytics' rapid scaling, focusing on automation and strategic insights. This role is not just about maintenance; it’s an opportunity to build impactful financial architecture in a mission-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable finance processes and systems

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial operations

• Prepare financial statements and audit readiness

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closes

• Support budgeting and financial analysis for decision-makers

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years in progressive finance and accounting roles

• CPA designation required

• Experience in high-growth technology environments

• Strong judgment and practical financial operations skills

• Eligible for Government of Canada Level II clearance
