Our client seeks a tax expert with 5–7 years of experience and a CPA/CA designation. You'll be responsible for managing tax provision processes, coordinating compliance with external advisors, and providing essential support on Canadian tax risks for portfolio companies. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to articulate complex tax issues to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quarterly tax provision and reporting functions

• Coordinate tax compliance with external advisors and CRA

• Support portfolio teams on tax reporting and compliance

• Assist with corporate indirect tax matters

• Monitor tax legislative developments and assess impacts
Requirements:

• CPA/CA designation with In-depth tax program completion

• 5–7 years in Canadian tax, including public accounting

• Strong experience in compliance and reporting

• Ability to manage advisors and CRA interactions

• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
