Position: Financial Analyst for Royal College

The Royal College seeks a Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. This permanent role focuses on budget management, financial reporting, and investment accounting, supporting various organizational functions including RCI and the Employees' Retirement Plan. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, reconciliations, and the ability to interpret complex data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries for month-end and year-end reporting

• Conduct financial reconciliations and analyses across multiple entities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes

• Generate comprehensive financial reports for leadership

• Maintain compliance with investment accounting practices

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting

• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability

• Familiarity with Business Central and investment accounting is beneficial

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS 365 tools
