Position: BDC Associate - Investment Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financials and market conditions for investments

• Engage with entrepreneurs and industry contacts

• Draft detailed investment memos for projects

• Monitor portfolio and track financial performance

• Support data analysis and research for strategic insights

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in finance roles (investment banking, VC)

• Strong background in financial modeling and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field

• Progress towards CFA designation preferred

• Bilingual skills in French and English beneficial
