Drive success as a Senior Director on RBC's Real Estate team, specializing in commercial lending solutions for residential projects. Manage client relationships while leading complex financing requests.

As a strategic leader, your focus will be on developing business opportunities and maintaining a healthy portfolio of real estate clients. You will structure bilateral and syndicated transactions, supported by your Associate Director, and connect clients with RBC's broad range of financial services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial real estate client portfolios

• Structure complex financing solutions

• Ensure quality credit underwriting and portfolio health

• Coach Associate Directors in deal structuring and risk management

• Build and leverage external networks within the real estate community

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in real estate lending
