As an Associate Financial Consultant in Digital Channels, you will work under the Virtual Advisory Team Manager. Building rapport with clients through active listening and understanding their needs is crucial. By promoting MD's products and documenting client interactions, you will uncover new business opportunities while fostering trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build rapport with MD clients through active listening
• Promote MD financial products to clients and prospects
• Document client notes using CRM tools
• Lead collection of Know Your Client information
• Identify new business opportunities for client base growth
Requirements:
• University degree in business or commerce
• Registered Representative approval from CIRO
• Life License (LLQP) or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of investment products required
