Financial Analyst at RingCentral

Support R&D initiatives as a Financial Analyst with Ring Central, the leading cloud communications company. This role requires strong financial analysis skills to aid in budget forecasting and performance monitoring.

Ring Central is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join the Product & Technology FP&A team. You'll closely collaborate with R&D leadership, preparing reports and insights that drive impactful decisions on engineering and product development investments. Ideal candidates have experience in financial analysis, preferably within tech organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze R&D financial data and prepare regular reports

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for R&D cost centers

• Collect and maintain data for financial models and databases

• Monitor key performance indicators related to R&D spending

• Evaluate financial feasibility of new R&D projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 2 years of financial analysis or related experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams
