Your role involves direct communication with clients and innovative risk mitigation strategies based on your five years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review complex requests related to CMHC loans and assess risks

• Coordinate effective operations of the Multi-Unit servicing portfolio

• Conduct financial analysis and evaluate market conditions

• Provide guidance to clients, interpreting policies and decisions

• Manage complex client relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field

• Minimum five years in multi-unit underwriting or housing finance

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of mortgage risks for multi-unit properties

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
