Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consolidated financial results quarterly

• Review financial statement disclosures and management reports

• Correspond with portfolio companies on financial activities

• Maintain SOX-compliant internal control documentation

• Oversee integration of acquisitions into accounting systems

Requirements:

• Professional Accounting designation in good standing

• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, USGAAP, and SOX

• Experience with consolidation systems like One Stream

• Advanced MS Excel skills required
