Manager of Treasury and Collections

Versaterm is seeking a Manager of Treasury and Collections to drive financial accountability in our PE-backed SaaS company. This role is pivotal in overseeing treasury operations and enhancing collection processes.

As a Manager in a high-growth environment, you will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and efficient cash management s position requires strong accounting principles and collaboration with finance teams to enhance treasury efficiency and compliance. Lead initiatives to implement automated systems while driving collections excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cash balances and manage liquidity across entities

• Oversee collections staff and day-to-day operations

• Prepare rolling cash forecasts and analyze financial trends

• Ensure compliance with credit policies and legal requirements

• Collaborate with teams to improve cash collection performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA required)

• 6–8+ years in accounting or treasury roles

• Strong US GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience

• Familiarity with ERP systems and treasury platforms

• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
