Key Responsibilities:

• Retain existing mortgage business within target rate

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements

• Identify additional banking, credit, and investment solutions

• Negotiate competitive rates to retain mortgage business

• Mentor branch staff to support member solutions

Requirements:

• 5 years of credit granting experience

• Post-secondary education in finance or related field

• Solid knowledge of mortgage brokerage industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teambuilding capabilities
