You'll support Project Managers with operational reports and lead month-end financial reviews while helping the division achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data for projects and identify revenue opportunities

• Manage cash flow projections and financial risk assessments

• Collaborate with teams for variance analysis and financial reporting

• Liaise with shared services to filter operational requests

• Oversee the billing process and ensure compliance with policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• CPA, CFA, MBA, CA, or equivalent

• 8+ years of financial analysis experience

• Proven leadership in a matrix structure

• High proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
