Key Responsibilities:

• Process various payment types, including credit cards and cheques

• Communicate with clients to resolve payment inquiries

• Complete vendor forms and banking confirmations

• Investigate client account credits and arrange refunds

• Process monthly statements and enhance team procedures

Requirements:

• 3+ years accounts payable experience required

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Familiarity with Concur and Elite 3E preferred

• Strong communication skills, English primary

• Detail-oriented and proactive work ethic
