In this full-time position, you will oversee the entire mortgage renewal process, ensuring compliance with regulations and identifying upselling opportunities. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will help deepen member relationships and support their banking needs across various product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure member mortgage retention within target ranges
• Perform assessments for financial suitability of clients
• Identify and promote additional banking solutions
• Negotiate competitive rates for existing mortgage members
• Support branch staff in closing member transactions
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of credit granting experience
• Post-secondary education in financial services
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage and banking products
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
