Associate Director of Financial Consolidations

Lead the Consolidations team as an Associate Director within a leading energy company, driving financial efficiency and excellence in reporting. Collaborate across departments and enhance consolidation processes.

This Associate Director role entails reporting to the Vice President of Finance, managing financial close operations, and supporting acquisition integrations. A strong emphasis is placed on leadership, strategic enhancements, and fostering talent within the team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute quarterly consolidated results for stakeholders

• Analyze financial disclosures and supporting schedules

• Communicate with portfolio companies on closing activities

• Maintain compliance through internal controls

• Facilitate integration of new assets into accounting frameworks

Requirements:

• Recognized Professional Accounting designation needed

• Eight years plus experience, including five in management

• Expertise in IFRS and/or USGAAP necessary

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Experience with consolidation software like Hyperion
