As H2 Analytics’ Controller, you will lead the evolution of our finance function amidst rapid growth. Reporting to the CFO, your focus will be on developing automated financial processes and achieving compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement scalable finance systems and processes

• Direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles

• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure audit readiness

• Manage team operations in remittances and tax obligations

• Drive improvements in budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years in finance with a CPA designation

• Expertise in financial compliance and statutory reporting

• Ability to employ AI tools for finance operations

• Experience in high-growth technology environments

• Must be eligible for Level II Government clearance
