Position: Senior Finance Analyst Role with GMF
Play a vital role at the Green Municipal Fund as a Senior Finance Analyst. Focus on financial management and compliance for projects that foster sustainability in Canadian municipalities.

As a key member of the finance team, the Senior Finance Analyst will provide essential support to program initiatives while ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with funding agreements. You will work closely with Program Managers and contribute to strategic financial planning, audits, and training sessions for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate monthly and quarterly report preparation

• Lead internal audits and document findings

• Support budgeting processes and financial forecasts

• Develop and organize finance training for staff

• Ensure timely payments to grant recipients

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in finance or accounting

• Proficient in funding compliance and financial analysis

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools

• Solid understanding of GAAP principles

• Fluency in French and English is beneficial
