Client Focused Relationship Manager - Agriculture

Become a Client Focused Relationship Manager specialized in Agriculture banking, aiming to enhance client engagement and optimize sales strategies. This position emphasizes analytical skills and relationship building.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships while conducting thorough market analysis. With a target of three to four years of experience in Agriculture banking, you will execute credit reviews, maintain a sales pipeline, and ensure alignment with the Bank's regulations and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough prospect sales calls and follow-ups

• Champion client-driven initiatives across the bank

• Analyze and authorize credit applications up to $25MM

• Support strategic diversity initiatives

• Maintain risk ratings and compliance with bank policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or economics

• At least three to four years’ experience in banking

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of commercial banking products

• Excellent analytical skills for financial assessments
