CIRA is looking for a Finance Business Partner with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or business partnering. This role involves developing financial models, leading budgeting processes, and creating KPIs to support accountability. You will connect financial results to business outcomes while building trusting relationships with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial performance and identify key trends
• Develop financial models for investment evaluation
• Promote consistency in financial practices across teams
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in finance or FP&A roles
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights
• Experience with financial planning tools or systems
