TELUS Health is looking for a detail-oriented Actuarial Analyst. In this role, you will assess financial health through plan valuations, calculate benefits, and assist with pension plan design. Your strong analytical skills and collaborative mindset will support the sustainability of pension programs for diverse organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate pension plans through regular financial assessments
• Calculate benefits based on service, salary, and retirement age
• Advise plan sponsors on suitable contribution levels
• Assist in the design and modification of pension structures
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Actuarial Science or related field
• Completion of at least 2 SOA or CIA exams
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
