As the Bar Manager for Copper Spirits & Sights
, our iconic rooftop cocktail bar, you’ll report directly to the General Manager and lead one of the most vibrant corners of the hotel. This isn’t your typical F&B role — you’ll run the bar like your own independent, high-energy, high-creativity profit center, all while staying true to our operating vision and Hyatt’s international standards.

You’ll craft unforgettable guest moments, keep the vibes high, inspire a top-notch team, and manage the business with both style and smarts. From curating seasonal cocktail menus to ensuring we hit financial targets, you’ll be the heartbeat of the outlet — delivering an elevated rooftop experience that keeps guests coming back again and again.

• Lead bar operations for Copper Spirits & Sights, reporting to the General Manager.
• Inspire, mentor, and energize a dynamic bar team; maintain a high-performance culture.
• Curate seasonal cocktail menus and ensure financial targets are met.
• Deliver an elevated guest experience and uphold brand standards and safety practices.

• 5+ years of progressive bar or beverage leadership experience, ideally in a high-volume, cocktail-forward environment.
• Strong mixology knowledge with a passion for trends and seasonality.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and energize a team.
• High-energy, guest-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and elevate guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across front-of-house and cross-department partners.
• Solid business acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Health & Safety and Smart Serve certification required.
• Hospitality or related degree considered an asset.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including extended periods of standing and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
