• Welcome, advise, and serve guests, personalizing their experience.
• Sell and serve wines by the glass or bottle, and premium spirits in bars and restaurants.
• Contribute to the resort’s economic and quality results.
• Manage inventory, replenishment, and conservation of wines and spirits for 600-1000 guests.
• Train resort staff in wine sales and service.
• Ensure quality of service, safety compliance, and respect for the resort’s heritage.
• Develop additional sales and support financial goals of your department.
