Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Attendant performs all tasks related to the upkeep and repair of the hotel s facilities. They contribute to guest comfort and satisfaction through the quality of their work and proactive approach.

• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to identify potential issues and prioritize maintenance and repair tasks.
• Notify the team leader of any significant problems requiring intervention and propose an action plan.
• Respond promptly and follow up on maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
• Carry out necessary repairs efficiently and timely to minimize negative impacts on guests.
• Take necessary measures to address repairs that cannot be completed by the technician.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to the schedule established by hotel management.
• Follow established health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.

• Relevant training in building maintenance.
• Minimum of two years of experience in building maintenance.
• Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
