Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist hotel guests during check-in/out

• Verify and maintain accurate guest records

• Manage billing and transaction processing

• Answer questions related to services and promotions

• Coordinate with housekeeping and casino operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months in guest services

• Good attitude and ability to work under pressure

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays

• Minimum age of 19 years

• Licenses/certifications must be up to date
