Requirements:
• 5+ years of hospitality management experience
• 3 years focused on pastry arts, preferably in luxury
• Culinary/Pastry Arts qualification or equivalent
• Must obtain a Food Handler’s Certificate (Ontario)
• Eligible for an AGCO Gaming License
