Lead front office initiatives at Andaz Ottawa as an Assistant Front Office Manager. Focus on providing exceptional service while managing team performance and operational tasks daily.
In this role, you will need a minimum of two years' experience at the Assistant Front Office Manager level, or three years as a Front Office Supervisor in the hospitality sector. Your expertise in financial management, coupled with your ability to train and motivate colleagues, will be essential in achieving high guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial activities, including budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor and enhance guest experience metrics
• Direct and support front office scheduling and coaching
• Collaborate with departments to optimize guest service
• Ensure safety standards and operational efficiency are met
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant assistant management experience
• Proven track record in staff training and support
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Experience with Opera and Hyatt systems is a plus
• Must have a flexible scheduling capacity
