In this full-time position, you will report to the Catering Manager and collaborate with fellow managers to oversee catering functions. Your responsibilities include maintaining contracts, managing staff schedules, and resolving customer concerns. You'll actively support menu planning, supervise staff training, and conduct performance reviews, ensuring seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fulfill all contractual obligations for events
• Assist in client meetings for planning and staffing
• Oversee execution of catering functions
• Resolve any customer issues efficiently
• Recruit and train catering staff as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma in Hospitality or Food Management preferred
• Valid G Driver’s License required
• Previous catering experience necessary
• Supervisory experience a must
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
