Your primary role as a Supervisor will include overseeing daily front office operations and supporting team members in delivering excellent service. With a deep understanding of Hyatt’s core values, you will facilitate smooth operations even during peak hours, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly oversee and support desk hosts during busy shifts
• Ensure all checklist responsibilities are met daily
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and emails
• Assist in billing processes and manage inventory tasks
• Provide coaching to improve team performance
Requirements:
• Valid work authorization for Canada
• Preference for experience with Hyatt systems
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
• Strong focus on customer service and team support
