You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Food and Beverage, ensuring that guests enjoy outstanding hospitality experiences. Your expertise will guide strategic initiatives, staff development, and compliance with service standards. This role requires a dynamic approach to foster both individual and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement strategies to enhance service
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
• Manage inventory flow and control costs
• Respond to and resolve guest feedback
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in hospitality
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Smart Serve and Food Handler's Certificates needed
• Ability to mentor and motivate team members
