Join the dynamic team at Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino as a Houseperson. In this part-time position, you will play a vital role in hotel housekeeping during peak times.
As a vital member of the housekeeping team, you will assist with the cleanliness and organization of guest and public spaces. Responsibilities include turning down rooms, managing supplies, and ensuring impressive hotel standards.
Your role will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the hotel’s operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage room turn down tasks promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas
• Interact positively with guests in corridors
• Follow procedures for room cleaning
• Support positive team communication
Requirements:
• At least 6 months in a similar capacity
• Ability to stay organized under pressure
• Must be 19 years or older
• Flexibility to work holidays and weekends
• Required licenses/certifications must be obtained
