As the Manager, Guest Experience at Swiss Chalet, you will oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure team performance meets high brand standards. This role requires strong management skills, a passion for coaching, and the ability to create meaningful connections with guests. Your focus will be on maintaining dining room excellence and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the dining room
• Ensure adherence to “Benchmark Restaurant” standards
• Coach and develop team members effectively
• Create a Perfect Guest Experience consistently
• Support implementation of operational standards
Requirements:
• Previous Front of House Management experience
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Driven to achieve service excellence
• Motivational and inspirational team player
