Position: Bilingual Guest Service Doorperson Role
Serve as a welcoming face at Fairmont Chateau Laurier’s entrance in Ottawa as a Bilingual Doorperson. Engage with guests while providing top-tier parking and service assistance in both official languages.

This dynamic role at the iconic Fairmont Chateau Laurier entails greeting guests upon arrival, facilitating valet services, and ensuring safety at all entrance areas. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal abilities, a professional demeanor, and the capacity to communicate fluently in English and French to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with vehicle parking and valet service

• Ensure clear communication about services and parking fees

• Maintain congestion-free entrance areas for guest arrivals

• Conduct thorough checks of guest vehicles before parking

• Provide assistance with questions about hotel services

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and French

• Must hold a valid Driver's License

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
