Position: Hard Rock Bell Person Role
Experience guest relations as a Bell Person at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa, where your role involves providing luggage assistance and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

As part of the front office team, you will greet guests and assist with their luggage, offering orientations and promoting positive interactions. This part-time, permanent role demands excellent service standards and collaboration across departments like Valet and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests both arriving and departing warmly

• Provide luggage assistance and fulfill guest service requests

• Offer site tours and provide general information

• Support cleanliness of work and lobby areas

• Collaborate with departments for seamless service

Requirements:

• Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• One year of relevant bell/door experience

• Must be 19 years or older to apply

• Ability to handle a 100lb cart safely

• Effective English communication skills required
