Front of House Manager

We are seeking a
Front of House Manager to lead our service team with professionalism, energy, and a passion for hospitality.

As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for creating a polished, seamless dining experience while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth.

We are searching for a leader who is:

• Confident, energetic, and genuinely passionate about hospitality
• Able to inspire, coach, and elevate the performance of the service team
• Skilled at anticipating guest needs and handling service with poise
• Organized and solutions-focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• 2–3+ years of leadership experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Smart Serve (or equivalent) certification and Food Safety knowledge an asset

• Oversee front-of-house operations and service standards during service
• Lead, train, and mentor hosts, servers, and bartenders
• Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest flow to optimize service
• Support guest recovery with grace, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied
• Collaborate with management on events, promotions, and daily operations
• Maintain dining room presentation, cleanliness, and overall readiness
• Uphold health, safety, and service compliance standards
