Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the hotel, including rooms, housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and back‑office functions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy, average daily rate, and overall profitability.
• Drive sales initiatives, build relationships with corporate and group clients, and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high standards of service quality.
• Monitor operational and financial performance metrics, including budgets, forecasts, and KPIs; implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with corporate teams and local stakeholders to enhance market presence and drive brand performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded full‑service hotel of similar scale (120+ rooms).
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitability.
• Expertise in revenue management, sales generation, and strategic planning.
